Sixt offers you various options for booking, rental, dropoff and billing. Whichever method you choose, you can be sure of a simple, fast procedure.

 

Booking:

Sixt gives you the choice of booking your rental car at one of 1852 Sixt stations worldwide either in person, by phone on + 49 (0) 180 6252525 (€ 0.20/call from the German fixed-line network, mobile phone costs: a maximum of € 0.60/call), online at www.sixt.com or via a travel agent.

Renting:

If you rent at the counter, one of our friendly members of staff will serve you and will be happy to provide any assistance you require. If you are a Sixt Express customer, you can also use our Express service. For more information on this, or to find out how to become an Express customer, click here

Dropoff:

You can drop off the vehicle throughout Germany. For One-Way Rentals within Sixt locations in Germany a charge of EUR 15.- applies (except within the same city: EUR 9.-, to/from Sylt: EUR 135.-). On request, Sixt can also collect the vehicle from you after you report it back.
And you also have the option of reporting back your vehicle electronically, using the Sixt MobilitySolution, or the Quick-Check-In Terminal.

NEW: The latest innovation at Sixt is vehicle dropoff using E-Return. An integrated responder chip records your dropoff time accurately to the second when you deposit your car key, even outside our opening hours. That means we charge you for the exact rental time.

Billing:

You can also choose from various billing options. You can receive your bill by post or email. Online, you also have the option of a Request copy of invoice.
Alternatively, you can pay for your rental car directly at the Sixt station or using a Quick-Check-In Terminal.
