Sixt AG: Frank Feist assumes overall management of European sales

 

Pullach, 5 June 2009 – With immediate effect, Frank Feist (41) will assume overall management of European sales in the Vehicle Rental Business Unit at Sixt AG, one of Europe's leading car rental companies. As Sales Director, Feist is already responsible for Sixt's sales activities in Germany and is therefore in charge of approximately 80% of its vehicle rental business. In this capacity, he is now additionally assuming responsibility for sales in Sixt's other European corporate countries.

Frank Feist joined Sixt in 2005. He successfully held a number of sales management positions in quick succession, including national and international management functions in the Vehicle Rental Business Unit. After graduating in business studies at the University of Cologne, Feist began his career in the sales department at a leading international brand name provider of printing systems.

Hans-Norbert Topp (47), who has been Sixt AG's Chief Sales & Distribution Officer since 2004, is to leave the Company due to differences of opinion on future sales strategy. In this position, he was responsible for the Group's overall European sales.
